September 12, 2019 Wild by Cheryl Strayed

Today in class we had a discussion on the book “Wild” by Cheryl Strayed. We discussed some very intelligent and interesting questions as a class. Everyone had really good answers. We also did an overview of how different people grieve differently since it was related to the topic. We learned that she didn’t just hike for the fun of it. She has faced many traumas in her life and this was her way of copping and relieving stress and to start over.
